| DEBORAH
T. BUCKNAM, Esquire |
Deborah
T. Bucknam has been practicing law in Vermont since
1979, and was licensed to practice in New Hampshire in
2005. She has practiced in all courts in Vermont, including
Probate Court, Family Court, District Court, Superior Court,
Vermont Supreme Court and Federal Court. She has litigated
hundreds of contested matters. Deborah graduated from Vermont
Law School, cum laude, in 1979. She is a member of the
Vermont Bar Association, New Hampshire Bar Association,
the Association of Trial Lawyers of America (former member
of the Board of Governors), the American Bar Association,
and Chair Caledonia County Republican Committee. |

B. BLACK, Esquire |
Jennifer B. Black has been practicing law
since 2000. She earned a B.A. degree from Tufts University,
and a J. D. from Boston University School of Law. She was
formerly an associate in the corporate department of Wilmerhale,
LLP (formerly Hale and Dorr, LLP.) in Boston, Massachusetts.
She is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Vermont.
She focuses her work on business, corporate and financial
matters. |

Robert
A. Brazil joins us
from New Hampshire Legal Assistance where he was the manager
of the northern offices of NHLA in Littleton and Berlin,
NH, supervising two other attorneys and a support staff
of four. Mr. Brazil was at NHLA for eight years, and his
practice there focused on housing, general assistance benefits
and family law. He also conducted legal checkup screenings
at senior centers, and helped organize the North Country
Housing Forum. Prior to his work at NHLA, he worked at
Gawryl and MacAllister in Nashua, New Hampshire representing
clients primarily in family matters, personal injury, real
estate and business formation. Mr. Brazil received his
B.A. from Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New
Hampshire College) in 1988 and his J.D., cum laude, from
Hamline University School of Law in St. Paul, MN. He was
admitted to the New Hampshire Bar and the U.S. District
Court for the District of New Hampshire in 1998. Mr. Brazil
will be admitted to the Vermont Bar in 2009. He is currently
an active member of the New Hampshire Bar Association,
Coos County Bar Association as well as the Grafton County
Bar Association. Mr. Brazil will focus his practice in
our firm on real estate, general civil litigation, business
law and family law.
Bob lives in St. Johnsbury with his wife, Melissa Bridges.
He is an avid fly fisherman, cook and bookworm.

| MICHAEL ROOSEVELT,
Law Clerk |
Michael
Roosevelt joined the Law
Firm of Deborah T. Bucknam & Associates in June 2007,
participating in a four year law clerkship program. He
earned his BFA degree from Carnegie Mellon University,
his BS degree from the University of Plano, Plano, Texas,
and his MFA from the Tyler School of Art of Temple University
in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Certified
Appraisers Guild of America. He has had extensive and
varied work experience as an artist, small business owner,
school administrator and educator. He has exhibited
his work internationally, including Canada, Japan, Italy,
Mexico and France. |

LAVELY ,
Paralegal |
Ginni
Lavely is a paralegal who started here as an administrative
assistant and advanced into a paralegal position in 2008.
She graduated from White Mountain Regional High School
in 1992 and plans to complete her Associates Degree in
the near future. Her work experience is in banking and
the restaurant industry. Ms. Lavely's responsibilities
include assisting in the firm's litigation practice and
our real estate section. Ms. Lavely moved to Danville
Vermont from northern New Hampshire in 2007 with her
husband and two children, where she and her husband purchased
the North Star newspaper. |

| CHARLES
W. BUCKNAM, Jr.,
Financial Consultant |
Charles W. Bucknam, Jr. Is a consultant for the
Firm. His background is as a commercial banking
executive and has over 30 years experience in bank
management, commercial lending, and credit administration.
He served as president and CEO of Lyndonbank
in Lyndonville, Vermont from 1993 until 2007. It
was a $160 Million Commercial Bank at the time
of its merger with Community National Bank in 2008.
In the years prior to joining Lyndonbank Mr. Bucknam
served as president of the Caledonia National Bank
of Danville and president of The First National
bank of Vermont following a number of years as
Vice President with The Howard Bank of Burlington,
Vermont.
Prior to his banking career Mr. Bucknam served
as a Captain in the United States Air Force 316th
T.A.W. stationed at Langley AFB in Virginia.
Mr. Bucknam graduated from Cornell University
in 1966 with a B.A. in Economics and received an
MBA from the University of Vermont in 1978. He
graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking
in 1989.
Mr. Bucknam currently serves as a Director at
the Community National Bank, is a trustee for the
Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, and is
currently president of the St. Johnsbury Rotary
Club. He also served as a trustee for the Vermont
State Colleges from 2003 to 2009.

KNOWLES, RN, Legal Nurse Consultant. |

Nancy
Knowles
is a Registered Nurse with a broad base of
work experience including hospital settings,
corrections, long-term care, physician’s
offices, and home care. She is currently licensed
in the state of Vermont, and is obtaining her
nursing license in the twenty-four compact states.
Nancy expanded into the field of Legal Nurse
Consulting in the spring of 2008 and finds that
it grants her a unique perspective regarding
the field of medicine. Along with being an accomplished
pianist, Nancy enjoys the outdoors and the grand
scope of activities living in Vermont offers. |
